Southwest Chicken

chicken breast 
southwest seasoning
enchilada sauce (red)
shredded cheese
black beans

1. Season the chicken with the southwest seasoning and cook until done.

2. Cook the rice.

3. Heat up the black beans.

4. Layer the rice, black beans and chicken. Pour enchilada sauce over the chicken and cover with cheese. 

The chicken breast, black beans, enchilada sauce, and southwest seasoning are zero WW points. The rice is 5 pts for a while serving which comes out to 1.5 cups once cooked and I usually use half of that making it 2 pts. Cheese is 4 pts a serving which is 1/3 cup. You can use less if desired. So it’s a 6-9 pt meal.
